CIIDRC regularly publishes discussions on UDRP practice and decisions. Go to YouTube and search for CIIDRC. Among these is a video discussion by Doug Isenberg on filing a UDRP complaint. There is no equivalent for .ca jurisprudence to the WIPO Overview, but this Policy invites citations from other UDRP providers. LCP is engaged on an ongoing project collecting .CA citations.
